CARDIO & STRENGTH FUSION - Strength, cardio, and yoga all fused together to make an incredible workout. CARDIO PUMP - The perfect union of cardio, strength, and music. Using various pieces of fitness equipment, this fun class features half cardio and half strength. CHAIR YOGA - Chair Yoga is a safe, gentle form of yoga designed for those who have difficulty getting to the floor in traditional Yoga. With the support of a chair (used for sitting or standing), you will learn yoga postures and breathing techniques designed to help you increase flexibility and improve your range of motion. CORE POWER FUSION - Develop a strong core in this 35-minute express class! This class includes total powerful techniques that will strengthen your entire core with the added bonus of mobility and flexibility training. CYCLE INTERVAL - Indoor Cycling is a fun, athletic-based cardiovascular workout set to fun music to take you on the ride of your life. This challenging cycling class will combine a variety of speeds, terrains, and intensities to give you an ultimate riding experience! Burn calories and get lost in the beat of the music. Open to all fitness levels. CYCLE STRENGTH - This 45-minute workout combines 25 minutes of cycling with 20 minutes of strength work for the ultimate combination! You will do cycle drills that will have you sweating, and strength work that trains all your major muscles. DANCE FUSION - Geared to those 60+ who want a fun workout dancing to music from the 60s to today, this class fuses several genres, from disco to international beats. Light weights are integrated into the choreography to get a full-body workout. GENTLE YOGA - This class invites you to increase your flexibility, strength, and well-being by exploring gentle movements that open and release the body. Students are led through stretches, yoga postures, and simple breathing practices and guided into deep progressive relaxation. This is an ideal class for those with chronic pain or stress, those returning from illness or injury, or anyone who would like a gentle approach. HI/LO BODY SCULPT - Pure Cardio! Aerobics choreography combines varying levels of impact, which the participant can modify to increase or reduce intensity. INTRO TO WEIGHT TRAINING - Join us for a strength training circuit class held in the Community Center weight room. Trainers will assist you in learning basic strength exercises using Life Fitness machines, bands, and free weights. This class is open to all fitness levels! PILATES BARRE - No ballet experience is required here! This intense fusion of Pilates, Sculpting, and Ballet-based exercises will change your body’s appearance—it will be longer, leaner, and stronger. PILATES FUSION - This program provides a modern twist on Pilates, incorporating strength training and mobility exer- cises to emphasize moves that will tone, stretch, strengthen, and elongate muscles. POWER BODY BLAST - Take your strength training to the next level, incorporating heavier weights to give you the toned and lean physique you desire. It’s a great way to define, sculpt, and build lean muscle. SEATED STRENGTH & STRETCH - Join us in this chair class, where dumbbells and tubes will be incorporated to help build strength and flexibility.
